All products, services, and information displayed on Rajvadhu constitute an "Invitation to Offer." Your order for purchase constitutes your "Offer" to purchase one or more products. Rajvadhu reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed by you. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place only when the ordered product(s) are dispatched. Until dispatch, Rajvadhu reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

Eligibility for Membership

The use of this website is available only to persons who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract," including undischarged insolvents or any other legally restricted individuals, are not eligible to use this website. If you are under 18 years of age but at least 13 years old, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Users below the age of 18 may make purchases only through a registered parent or legal guardian. Products restricted by law for sale to minors may not be purchased through this website.

Account and Registration Obligations

"Your Information" refers to any information submitted by you during registration, ordering, feedback, or through any other communication with Rajvadhu. We are committed to protecting your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password and for restricting access to your devices. You accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account. Rajvadhu shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. Rajvadhu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any security breach or misuse is suspected.

• Accept that Rajvadhu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Pricing Information

While Rajvadhu strives to provide accurate pricing and product information, errors may occasionally occur. Rajvadhu reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors without prior notice. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to an error, Rajvadhu may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order placed for that product unless it has already been dispatched. If your payment has already been processed and the order is subsequently cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at eligible locations across India. Free Cash on Delivery is applicable only on orders with a minimum order value of ₹1,000. For COD orders below ₹1,000, a charge of ₹149 will be applied towards packaging, handling, and delivery. Rajvadhu reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the COD service at any time without prior notice.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers may request a return only for products eligible under our Return Policy. If a return request is approved, a return shipping charge of ₹100–₹150 per parcel shall be applicable. The applicable return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount or collected before processing the return, depending on the payment method and return circumstances. These charges are applicable per parcel and are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Eligible customers may instead request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Rajvadhu reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
