Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: You can return eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, bags, blouses, footwear, sarees with stitched blouses, pre-stitched sarees, unstitched sarees with fall & pico, as well as customized and personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • Specific Return Terms: Please refer to the respective product page for any item-specific return conditions.
  • Product Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Petticoat, fall & pico, pre-draping charges, and other customization charges are non-refundable.
  • Approval: All return requests are subject to quality inspection and approval.
  • Return Shipping Charges: If a customer opts for a return, a return shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 per parcel will be applicable. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount or collected before processing the return.

How to Return a Product

  • Return Process: Visit your order page and follow the return process to initiate a return request.
  • Online Request: Returns can be requested online without the need to call or email our support team.
  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, a pickup will be scheduled based on service availability.

Shipping and Return Charges

  • Shipping: Standard shipping is available across India as per our shipping policy.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free COD is available on orders of ₹1,000 and above.
  • COD Orders Below ₹1,000: Orders below ₹1,000 placed using Cash on Delivery will incur a charge of ₹149 towards packaging, handling, and delivery.
  • Return Charges: Customers opting for a return will be charged ₹100–₹150 per parcel as return shipping charges.

Refund Process

  • Return Request: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup for the product.
  • Quality Check: The pickup agent will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Initiation: After the product successfully passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated.
  • Return Charge Deduction: Applicable return shipping charges of ₹100–₹150 per parcel will be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after successful pickup and verification.

Return & Cancellation

  • Returns: Return requests can be placed within 5 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
  • Return Charges: A return shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 per parcel will apply to all approved returns.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
